To buy property with land in Bulgaria you need to own a Bulgarian registered company. It takes about 4 or 5 days to set up, we ask that you provide us with copies of you passport and other personal information 1 week before you arrive to enable us to have all of the documents in order for when you arrive.
Your company will be listed on the National register.
It will take approximately 3 hours of your time and we will accompany you to our lawyer, the bank and the notary for you to sign the necessary documents - this way you can see who we work with and are involved in the process.
You will need to open a business bank account and we encourage you to also set up a personal bank account at the same time.
To manage your company, your bank accounts and organise some of the after sales processes we will require power of attorney - this can be unlimited or specific.
Your estate agent may also require power of attorney to complete the sale.
If any changes to the company documents are necessary i.e. name or address new documents will be produce and they will be officially translated.
Accountancy
Every registered company in Bulgaria needs to submit an annual tax return at the end of each financial year - our accountant will do this for you.
