The rental potential of your property will depend on its location, condition, facilities, size and of course price. The hotels and complexes in Veliko Tarnovo charge anything from 30€ for B&B and private rentals need to be competitive with this.
We really do feel the properties we offer are the best around, they are either new build or newly renovated and furnished to a good if not excellent standard and they are also in very good locations. We take pride in preparing the accommodation we manage for guests, this we hope will encourage returning visitors and recommendations in the future.
While we will do our best to rent your property for you we cannot guarantee it. We advertise every month in the Veliko Tarnovo guidebook that can be found in the tourist information office and many of the shops, restaurants and estate agents. We also work actively with some of the best estate agents in town - ones that we feel will point customers in our direction for accommodation.
What you and your customer get…
Cleaning
In preparation for you or your guests we ensure your accommodation is clean and tidy with clean towels, made beds and the basic day to day cleaning materials/equipment are available i.e. toilet roll, washing up liquid, dishcloths, light bulbs etc.
We offer an additional laundry service for long stays if the customer requires it.
Health and Safety
We would like to enforce a 'non smoking' policy for your accommodation and request that guests smoke outside only.
We will ensure there is either a fire extinguisher/fire blanket/smoke alarm in the property.
There will be at least one torch in a designated location.
We also provide a 'useful and important information' sheet at each accommodation.
The Personal Touch
We will ask you to provide a 'guest book' for your accommodation so your guests can leave comments and if possible something from your home town maybe a picture, a deck of cards or some kind of souvenir/traditional item.
Our fees
Short term - 15% of rental income
Long term (over 2 months) - 10% of rental income
Cleaning services (incl laundry)** from 30 €
