What we do - take digital photos
- pay all monthly bills
- pay annual property tax
- inspect your property each month
- inform you when visits have taken place
- identify/photograph any problems and report back
- organise any repairs or remedial work necessary (priced separately)
- test alarm systems if installed
- check pipework for leaks
- check for rodent and insect infestation
- air your rooms
- winterise if not occupied
- prepare you property for your visits (cleaning priced separately)
Project Management
Any project management i.e specific purchases or renovation/repairs and maintenance will cost 15% of the total price at completion. You can be sure of good quality items and good prices for any work we arrange and manage, we have a good bank of workers at good rates.
Project Monitoring & Completion Snagging
For your peace of mind while your work is in progress we will visit your property at your request to report back the current state of the work and on completion we can compile a snagging list. For this service we do insist that the builder is happy for us to visit the site whenever we choose unannounced as your representative.
